What does the $500 makeover include?
A redesign of your existing website, up to 5 standard pages — a modern, professional, mobile-responsive design, migration of your existing text and images where appropriate, a contact form, basic on-page SEO setup, and launch.
What does the $49 monthly fee cover?
Hosting, an SSL certificate, routine backups, security and technical maintenance, technical support, and minor text or image updates of up to 15 minutes per month.
Can I keep my existing domain name?
Yes — we connect your website to your existing domain, or help you register a new one if you need it.
How long does a website makeover take?
Most makeovers are completed within about 1–2 weeks of receiving your materials, though timelines can vary with project scope.
What if I need more than five pages?
Sites with more than five pages, e-commerce, or other custom functionality are available for a custom quote — just let us know what you need.
Can I request changes after launch?
Minor text and image updates of up to 15 minutes per month are included in your monthly plan. Larger changes, new pages, or redesigns are available on request for an additional fee.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription has a 3-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month. Canceling stops future billing, but service continues through the end of your already-paid billing period. For 14 days after service ends, you can request an export of your own content and materials — this doesn't include a full source-code transfer or migration to other hosting, which aren't part of the standard plan.
Do I own my website?
You own your domain, your brand, and the content you provide. Clarnex Web retains ownership of its proprietary code, templates, and reusable components, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
